Delivery

We only offer delivery and installation, we don’t recommend customers trying to manoeuvre and install the tables themselves, as they are an awkward heavy item and can easily be damaged, if not handled correctly. When spending a large amount of money on a pool table, for £99.00 it’s worth the extra cost to have it completed by a professional.

Pool Tables:

Ground Floor Delivery & Installation – £99.00

Two people will install the table. They will set it up and level it for you, so it’s ready for play. We only offer delivery and installation to a ground floor, we can’t install the table in a basement or upper floors.

Delivery Times

We can offer delivery in the following postcodes L, CH, M, BL, WN, WA within 4 weeks.

Any other area is 10 weeks. We aim to manufacture all orders as quickly as possible, but we can’t always guarantee a set delivery date once your table has been ordered. All of our tables are made to order, we don’t hold any stock tables.

Lead times have been extended due to the current circumstances, and we do normally work with shorter lead times. However, we cannot promise when they will be reduced again, so we do recommend placing orders sooner rather than later in case the lead times stay extended for the foreseeable future.

Accessories & Parts:

Please check all your information is correct before you order, incomplete or inaccurate address information will result in delays. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. It is important to provide a correct phone number and email, so our delivery company can contact you if there are any problems.

A delivery cost will be calculated in the checkout after you have entered your address.

Orders can take between 7 – 14 days to be dispatched, some items may take even longer than this. All items are custom-made to order, they aren’t held in stock.

All items will require a signature, so please make sure you are available to sign for your delivery. If no one is available to sign for your delivery, then a card will be posted informing you that a delivery attempt was made. It is deemed your responsibility to contact/collect from the courier in question.
